RUGBY FOOTBALL
PUKEKOHE CITY CLUB (From Our Oxen Correspondent) PUKEKOHE, Tuesday. At a meeting of football supporters at Pukekohe last evening it was decided to resuscitate the City Club. Mr. W. Wyatt presided over a good attendance of members. Officers elected were:—Patron, Mr. W. Wyatt; president, Mr. J. Reynolds; vice-presidents, Messrs. E. J. Morrison, H. Curd, T. E. Keven, A. C. Gill, R. F. Wilkinson, and Dr. A. T. Begg; secretary, Mr. A. J.. Patterson; auditor, Mr. R. Archer; management committee, Messrs. L. Johnston, D. G. Law, L. Fishcer, E. Slevin, A. J. Whyte and C. Hinton; delegates to Pukekohe SubUnion, Messrs. Patterson. Law and Whyte; club captain, Mr. Law; selectors, Messrs. Johnston and Law; coach, Mr. Law. The question of insuring players against accident was left to the management to obtain information and to bring before the sub-union. A return match is to be played with Waihi at Pukekohe prior to the commencement of the season.
