SCHNEIDER CUP RACE
PUBLIC BODIES TO HELP British Official Wireless RUGBY, Saturday. A statement issued by the Royal Aero Club regarding the general arrangements Tor the Schneider Cup Race over the Solent next September indicates that it will have the cooperation of the Air Ministry, the Admiralty, the Southampton Harbour Board, the Commander-in - Chief at Portsmouth, the big shipping companies that use Southampton, and everv town on the seaside, and that the crowds will be controlled, transported and fed. Britain holds the trophy as the result of her victory at Venice last year, and the British Government has undertaken to entertain the foreign Air Ministers and Government officials who will be present. The Air Ministry will house all the competitors, and the machines at the Calshot seaplane station.
