NEW CAPITAL SUGGESTED INSTEAD OF NANKING
(United Service) Reed. Noon. SHANGHAI, Thursday. New proposals are afoot again to change China’s capital. Sianfu, the capital of the Shensi province, is suggested. The reasons suggested are that Nanking is not sufficiently central, and is tfcfo open co bombardment by foreign warships.
