JUDGE RESERVES DECISION Judgment was reserved by Mr. Justice Frazer in the Supreme Court yesterday m the action brought by Douglas Ramsay Cargill Mowbray (Mr. McVeagh) against the Takapuna Borough Council (Mr. Meredith and Mr. Lowrie) to make absolute a rule nisi issued by Mr. Justice Herdman for the issue of a mandamus compelling the council to approve a plan of subdivision of an area of land forming part of Lake Takapuna watershed.
