PT. CHEVALIER DRAINAGE
PUMPING STATION BUILT LOW-LEVEL RETICULATION The pumping station which has been provided by the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board in Oliver Street, Point Chevalier, for low-level reticulation sewer systems in the locality, is now available for use. Construction work had been in progress for some time. The pumping station plant had to be brought from England. All the reticulation sewers have been built, and owners of properties in Oliver and Lynch Streets, Bungalow Avenue, Johnstone, Bella Vista, and Bollard Roads will be able to arrange for house connections. The board is anxious to have all the applications lodged with the City Council before Christmas.
