MOTOR-CYCLE TESTS
HILL-CLIMBING AT HAMILTON (From Our Own Correspondent) HAMILTON, Sunday. The Hamilton Motor-cycle Club held a series of hill-climbing events at Tauwhare this afternoon. Auckland riders, who outnumbered Hamilton competitors, scooped the pool, securing a win in every event. The gathering was favoured with an attendance of spectators exceeding 600. Following are the results: Side Valve Class. —S. Person, A.J.S., and N. Person, A.J.S., 19 2-ssec, 1. 350 c.c. Championship.— H. Maxwell, Rex-Acme, 17 l-ssec, 1; A. Bowler, RexAcme, 17 4-ssec, 2; A. McLaren, 0.E.C., 15 4-ssec, 3. 600 c.c. Championship.—J. Blpmfield, Rudge Whitworth, 19 2-ssec, 1; J. Carter, Ariel, 19 3-ssec, 2. First Open Handicap. —J. Blomfield (2sec), 16 3-ssec, 1; N.
