1929 BLUE RIBAND
STAGED AT SUMMER CARNIVAL When the first forfeit in connection with next year’s Great Northern Derby closed last evening, it was seen that a large number of owners are keen on being represented in the, 1929 classic. AFTER having- the Auckland blue riband contested for two seasons at the spring fixture, the local club decided to revert to the old order, and the 19-9 classic will be staged at the Christmas carnival of that year.
