COLLEGE CONCERT
TECHNICAL STUDENTS STAGE PLAY Nearly 200 performers took part in “May Day in Welladay ” a three-act musical play, staged last evening by pupils of the Seddon Memorial Technical College. The performance, the annual college concert, was given in the new assembly hall before a large attendance. It will be repeated this evening. The production was well handled by members of the staff. The play dealt with village life, and special attention was paid to suitable dressing and settings. Joan Bryan, Avis Levy, Joan Booth. M. Slaney, H. Blomfield, Florence Trimble, R. Creagh, C. Maloy, Gwen Ryan, F. Henry and G. Butlei* had prominent parts. There were IS instrumentalists in the orchestra.. —u_
