Damages for Workman In the Hamilton Supreme Court today, Mr. Justice Blair awarded £450 compensation to Theodore Edward Herbert, who received injuries in an accident on a viaduct belonging to the Waipa Collieries, Ltd., in November last. Plaintiff previously claimed .£I.BOO damages for negligence, but failed.
