The Secretary of Stale for Foreign Affairs, Sir Austen Chamberlain, will leave Liverpool on Thursday by the liner Orcoma, on his health voyage to the Western coast of North America, via the Panama Canal. He will be absent from England about 10 weeks Lady Chamberlain apd their two young children will accompany them. Calls will be made at La Rochelle, Santander, Corunna, Virgo. Bermuda. Havana and Christobal at the Atlantic end of the Panama C%ial. The voyage from Balboa to San Francisco will be continued in the steamer President Adams. After a brief holiday in California the party will proceed to Vancouver and will return overland across Canada to Montreal.
