DISTINGUISHED PILGRIMS

EUCHARIST CONGRESS OFFICIAL PARTY COMING TO AUCKLAND When the Niagara arrives in Auckland from Vancouver on Monday, she will have as passengers the Permanent Committee of Eucharistic Congresses. The party, which is on Us way to the Sydney Congress, includes Bishop Heylen, president of the committee, and Count H. D’Yanville, of Paris, permanent secretary of Congresses. Other noted churchmen in the party are Bishop Mikes, Count of Zabala and Bishop of Szombathely, Bishop Deschamps, auxiliary bishop of Montreal, Bishop Lamy and Prince F. De Croy, of France. In addition to these, the Canadian pilgrimage of over 100 people will be on board. The whole party will be met by the Roman Catholic clergy of the city, and on Monday afternoon they will visit the church institutions in the city. In the evening a reception will be held in St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
