Clergyman Named As Co-Respondent
DECREE NISI GRANTED LIVING IN MELBOURNE Press Association. DUNEDIN, To-day. Mr. Justice Ostler to-day granted a decree nisi in the Supreme Court to Edward Stephen Gale against Elfrida Lucia Gale. Ellis Claude W. Hassall, a clergyman, was named as co-respondent. Petitioner stated that his wife told him in January she had conceived an affection for the curate of the church she attended, and she left home the following day. Hassall told him he was going to take her away from New Zealand. Evidence showed that respondVnt and Hassall were served with the petition in Melbourne.
