DECREE NISI GRANTED LIVING IN MELBOURNE Press Association. DUNEDIN, To-day. Mr. Justice Ostler to-day granted a decree nisi in the Supreme Court to Edward Stephen Gale against Elfrida Lucia Gale. Ellis Claude W. Hassall, a clergyman, was named as co-respondent. Petitioner stated that his wife told him in January she had conceived an affection for the curate of the church she attended, and she left home the following day.
