RAWHITI BOWLING CLUB
At the annual meeting of the Rawhiti Bowling Club, Mr. J. B. Paterson presiding, the report stated that the club had experienced a good year, although the membership was below what it should be. Officers were elected as follows: Pat-
ron, Mr. J. H. Jackson; president. Mr. J. B. Paterson; vice-presidents, Messrs. P. B. Thomson, F. Stubbs. W. Austin; secretary. Mr. H. J. Scelly; treasurer, Mr. F. J. Worthington; hon. auditor, Mr. B. L. Bagnall; committee. Messrs. W. Chiplin. J. Eaves, A. Martin, J. Savin, J. Sharkey, F. Watson; green superintendent, Mr. A. Macpherson; sole selector. Mr. F. Stubbs; Match Committee, Messrs. P. B. Thomson. F. Watson; delegates to Auckland Centre, Messrs. Barker, Stubbs; Catering Committee, Messrs. Schofield, Sharkey, R. Walker. F. Woods:
Ground Committee. Messrs. Jackson. Sharkey. Robertson: reporters. Messrs. Barker. Eaves. Robertson: umpires. Messrs. Robertson, McKinley; coaches. Messrs. Macpherson, Thomson. It was decided to enter eight teams for the pennant competition. In recognition of his honorary aervices Mr. Paterson made a presentation to Mr. B. L*. Bagnall, the club auditor. Mr. M. J. Scelly. secretary, and Mr. F. J. Worthington, treasurer, were also recipients of small tokens as a mark of appreciation of their services
