N.Z. LEAGUE COUNCIL SHOWS ENTERPRISE
SOUVENIR PROGRAMME READY The Council of the New Zealand Rugby League is showing much enterprise this season in connection with the string of representative fixtures, including the tour of the English Leaguers, which has come under its control. Previously the council has sold the right to publish the programme, and on one notable occasion it received a mere £l2. This year, however, Mr. Tom Tuohy has taken over the programme on behalf of the council, and he is to be congratulated on his fine attempt, which will be on sale at Carlaw Park to-morrow. It is a souvenir programme to the English Leaguers, and will be the only official one sold at Carlaw Park during the forthcoming various representative matches under the council’s control.
