SWERVED PAST TRAM AT HIGH SPEED
MOTORIST FINED ONEHUNGA POLICE COURT For a breach of his prohibition order James B. Stewart was fined £2 by M.r. F. H. Levien, S.M., at the Onehunga Police Court this morning. Russell T. Gilmore, who swerved to the right of a stationary tram-car in Queen Street, Onehunga, at 30 miles an hour, and endangering traffic, was fined £4 and costs. For leaving a car all night without lights in Trafalgar Street, Onehunga, Leslie Mcßae Peacock was fined 10s and costs.
