Daniel, who was dismissed from the battleship Royal Oak recently, says he will enter a civil profession. He has no complaint against the Admiralty for its treatment of him, but with such a sentence on record he has ,no hope of promotion. He has satisfied himself that the only form of employment in the navy that would be given him would be of a nature that would make no appeal to his ambitions.
