THE DULL BOY
SHOULD HE DRIVE CAR? “TIE is a dull boy, and suited only for driving a motor-car," said an advocate of an employer’s cause in the Arbitration Court this morning, when seeking exemption from the drivers' award. “And is it wise to allow a dull boy to drive around the busy streets of Auckland?” queried the judge, Mr. JuJstice Frazer. “I mean, he has no initiative,” explained the advocate hastily; “but he drives well.”
