E.GGS ALA CARDINAL | SOIL5 OIL six eggs until hard. Care - £ fully remove the shells tvhen cold. Cut the eggs through £ the centre and remove the yolks. f< Pound the yolks to a paste. Mix $• with them one tabtespoonful of J. tomato sauce and one tablespoonful £ of cream. Season well with salt £ and pepper. Line paper cases with x< small salad with strips of tomato ~ round the edge. Sprinkle with d mayonnaise. Fill the egg whites with the mixture and stand one in each case. £
