SUPERINTENDENT ARRIVES “Our syllabus is adapted to the needs of the people of Samoa, vwith a strong agricultural basis,” said Mr. D. A. J. Rutherford, superintendent of schools in Samoa, who arrived yesterday by the Tofua.
