DR. HILL AT DUNEDIN
UNEXPECTED ARRIVAL MANUKA CHANGES COURSE Press Association. DUNEDIN, Monday. Dr. Hill, director of Kew Gardens, London, unexpectedly reached Dunedin this morning. He left Melbourne by the Manuka for Milford and Wellington, but a fireman took seriously ill, and had to be operated on by a passenger doctor. The vessel changed her course and made for Bluff. Dr. Hill leaves for the North tomorrow.
