CATHOLIC EUCHRE PARTY
In spite of the inclement weather on Wednesday evening The euchre party held at the Auckland Gas Company's showrooms. Otahuliu, organised by Mesdames Drumm and Bailey in aid of th© Otahuhu Convent, drew a good attendance and a very pleasant evening was spent. Some very good prizes were competed tor, the first for men being carried of? by Mr. A. Patrick, the second by Mr. B. Tioko and the third by Mr. J. Haslip. The women's prize for the top score for the evening was awarded Mrs. H. Seagar, the second and third, respectively, to Miss D. Lockhart and Mrs. Baxter?
