THEFT OF BOTTLES AND SACKS ADMITTED

CITY STORE BROKEN INTO Alleged to have been under hte influence of liquor at the time, Jack Wilson, aged 3T, and Roy Johnston, aged 24, broke into the Australasian Waste-Products and Bottle Store - , Qrosvenor Lane, on the evening of November 4. They were charged at the Police Court- to-day with this offence, and with stealing 45 dozen bottles and 200 sacks, valued - at £7, the property of Thomas Francis Houlihan. In admitting their guilt, accused said they had sold the stolen goods. They said they were under the influence of drink- when the offence was committed. They were sent to the Supreme Court for sentence.
