Two players, Crozier and Long who were selected to travel with the junior reps, to Auckland, wrote apologising for. failing to put iri an appearance, explaining that a rush of work had prevented them from making the trip. It was then too late to notifv the management. Discussion arose as to the advisability of sending a club team to Ragan and a rep. team to Otorohanga on Saturday next.
