MONT BLANC CABLE LINE By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright PARIS, Monday. The highest mountain railway in the world, which ascends Mont Blanc for 9,000 ft, has been opened. The line has taken 17 years to construct To celebrate the event an official lunch was held at a height of B,oooft.
