There never was a better time for you to begin to own your home than now. You’ll look back some day and count the years before you began saving for a home as years practically wasted- The average man of small or moderate income becomes a saver only as he has a definite and desirable object in view. Few people, except misers, economise just for the joy of saying, but many a spendthrift family has learned to economise for the real joy of having a home.
