Revising Commonwealth Constitution.—Practical steps have been taken by the Federal Government to give effect to the revision of the Commonwealth Constitution. A Royal Commission is to be appointed immediately to report upon the working of the Constitution since the federation. The commission will sit at an early date.—A. and N.Z.
