GLEN EDEN CLUB At the annual meeting of the Glen Eden Bowling Club the president, Mr. W. A. Kirkpatrick, reported, that the green had now been extended to full size;, funds were available for the erection of a suitable pavilion, which it was expected would be ready for the opening of the new season; and, largely owing to the generosity of Mr. G. F. C. Hosking, it was hoped that a more convenient right of way to the club grounds, would be in use during the coming season. The election of officers resulted as follows: President, Mr. W. Kirkpatrick; secretary, Mr. N. S. Fox; vice-presi-dents, Messrs. A. Fraser, Geo. Edleston and W. S. Stone; general committee, Messrs. IT. Croucher, F. Firth, S. Clark, G. F. C. Hosking and C. Hill; green superintendent, Mr. F. B. Waldron; delegate to centre, Mr. G. F. C. Hosking; match committee, Messrs. H. Croucher, A. Fraser, G. Edleston, C. Hill and the president. Votes of thanks were unanimously passed to Mr. G. F. C. Hosking for his offer of additional land; to Mr. J. M. Tregaskis, for his donation of a full set of bowls; and to Mr. and Mrs. Kirkpatrick, for their hospitality throughout the past season. It was decided to enter the “Pennant” competition and also to extend the number of inter-club fixtures. ROCKY NOOK CLUB The Rocky Nook Bowling Club will be represented by the following players on Saturday in its inter-club match with Mount Albert: At Mount Albert.—Austin, Mason, Milner, Eagleton; , Yeo, J. Jenkin, W. White, W. Jenkin. At Rocky Nook.—Mayhill, Loram, Buckle, Bouskill; Hall, Newton, Alder, Roylance.
