The fire brigade was called out to a JJf® ia the Bank of New' Zealand, Matarnata. yesterday morning. It was found n an unhsed bedroom and quickly subdued. A certain amount of furmture was burned. while Mrs. G. L. Bradley, of Oratia, ' Vas in her wash-house yesterday morning a fire broke out in their six°omed dwelling.
