SATURDAY’S ACCIDENTS A Leaigue football player, Mr. R. Carter, of Pukekohe, broke his right ankle during the game at Victoria Park on Saturday. He was admitted to the Auckland. Hospital. Two St. Luke's hockey players were injured, Mr. H. Hookham breaking a small bone in his leg and Mr. A. Williams being cut in the face by an opponent’s hockey stick.
