STARTLING OCCIDENTS Press Association. GISBORNE, To-day. A startling- motor accident is reported from Morere where a car, driven by T. Osmond, somersaulted four times over Shaw’s Hill at a hairpin bend. The car was smashed and the driver had a miraculous escape. At Maxratuke two cars went into a ditch, one turning- a complete somersault. A boy, Jack Wranclle, one of the occupants, was pinned underneath but escaped injury.
