PACIFIC RELATIONS CONFERENCE

DELEGATES FOR HONOLULU Among the passengers on the Aorangi are Mr. C. H. Currie, Mr. G. L. Wood and Miss P. C. Campbell, Australian delegates to a conference of the Institute of Pacific Relations at Honolulu. Miss Campbell is a graduate of the Sydney University and has held several important positions in Sydney. The New Zealand representatives who will sail to-morrow to the conference are Dr. P. H. Buck, who will stay in Honolulu, Mr. W. Nash, secretary of the New Zealand Labour Party, Mr. W. 11. Cocker, barrister, of Auckland, and the Rev. W. Mawson. The last named has taken the place of Mr. J. E. Strachan, headmaster of the Rangiora Boys’ High School, Canterbury, who is unable to make the journey through illness. Mr. Mawson has been Chinese missioner in Auckland for 20 years. All the delegates will deliver addresses at the conference. The Australian delegates will meet other Australians at Honolulu. The conference will be held from July 15 to July 29.
