“There is no use in patting each other on the back and trusting to luck.” declared Mr. W. D. Lysnai. Gisborne, in the House of Representatives to-night. He dealt in generalities with the problems which face the country to-day, and warned the Prime Minister “to avoid the unrestrained laughter of members that if he did get things donfe very soon he (Mi.
