EVERYBODY’S

“RUSTLER’S RANCH” Romance, thrills, and fast-moving action are combined with a good plot in “Rustlers’ Ranch,” the new attraction which will commence showing at Everybody’s Theatre to-morrow. Art Acord, in the principal role, is credited with giving a sterling performance as a roving cowboy who saves a widow and her daughter from the per'-t-cu-tions of a local banker. He is aided by his two famous pets, a horse and a dog, both of which have most impressive screen ability. The almost human intelligence of the animals is stated to add greatly to the entertainment value of the film. Olive Hasbrouck has the role of leading lady, and supporting her are Duke R. Lee, George Chesbro, Edith Yorke, and Albert Prisco. A second feature of the entertainment will be “Secret Orders,” starring Evelyn Brent. The plot opens at the outbreak of the Great War, when Miss Brent is seen as Janet Graham, a wireless telegraphy e\nert. As a result of her skill, the girl is given a position as a secret service agent, and is deputed to ferret out a German spy centre. Moving through the maze of intrigue during the war, the girl’s adventures are thrilling and dramatic. To save her countrv from defeat, and in order that she may iearn the enemy’s secrets, Janet braves the dangers of espionage, poses as a German, and is finally instrun ental in trapping a. number of spies. A pleasing love element runs through the picture, and the photography is excellent.
