ROWING RACE SUGGESTED Press Association WELLINGTON, Monday. Invitations have oeen extended to the university colleges of Xew Zealand to include rowing representatives in their teams for the annual athletic contest, which this year is being held at Auckland at Easter. The invitation is for either an eight or four-oared crew, and the former is regarded as preferable. The race is to be four-oared this year to enable all centrc*s to compete. It is hoped, however, that the contest will develop into an eight-oared event. The Victoria College crew this year is: D. Gray (stroke), J. PlattsMills, F. Crease and F. Mullins.
