A comprehensive programme drawn lip by .the principal (Mr A. H. R Amess) was presented to the meet ing. Members cf the staff, reported Mr Amess ,had signified their willingness to f£s : st in lecturing and, wherever possible, organising lee ;tures and educational trips. Members of the Bca*d expressed
appreciation 1 industry of Mr Amess in devoting' such a large amount of tune .to the drafting of the
itinerary. Provision for a room in the school in which tho lectures could be held had been made and every facility which would aid in the success of the venture and over which Beard had
