FEARS OF SMALLER COUNTRIES. A Copenhagen message says that he Danish Foreign Minister, M. Munch, broadcasting from Geneva, dcclaiv d that the smaller Slates strongly favoured the continuance of sanctions. The abandonment of the measures could only bo on the initiative of the Great Powers, which suggested lo them, that it was clear that the League at present was not strong enough to protect the weaker states against the great military powers.
