| STRATFORD BAND COMMITTEE MEETING. i | GUESTS OF CHAIRMAN. The members of the committee of the Stratford Municipal Baud were entertained last night by the chairman, Mr. S. W. Whyte, at his residence. The monthly meeting of the band was first held when routine matters concerning band administration were dealt with.
