British Official Murdered in Burma
Press Association. — Reed. Today, 1 p.m. Calcutta, May 8. John Mackereth (35), of the Burma Forest Department, residing in Moulamein, was murdered allegedly by one of his native servants. Deceased was a graduate of Oxford and served in the Royal Air Force in the war.
