As a sequel to a relief works fatality Clarence George Gibson, aged 43. married, for assaulting George Christopher Johnn Bank, was sentenced in the Supreme Court to seven days' imprisonment As the sentence starts at. the beginning of the session, only one clay remains to be served. Bank died after a fall following an alleged altercation between the two men on relief work.
