MAGISTRATE'S DEATH
MR. P. H. HARPER Press Association. —Copyright. Christchurch, May 7. The death occurred at Christchurch on Saturday of Philip Hamilton Harper, stipendiary magistrate. He had been at Gisborne since 1929 until some months ago, when he suffered injuries in a fall over a cliff while fishing. He came to Christchurch for advice and died after an operation.
