SOVIET AND ITALY
Trade Agreement Signed London Times Cable. Received Today, 1 p.m. Rome, Today. A new Italo-Soviet trade treaty has been signed. Russia in 1933 will place 2\ millions sterling in orders for Italian machinery and textiles. Italy will buy Russian coal, oil and lumber. The Soviet denies that the arrangement was hastened in consequence of the British embargo.
