Moscow, May 3. —Trade returns for the first quarter «t 1933 show that purchases from England dropped by 78 per cent, compared with the same period of 1532, sales to England dropped by only 39 per cent. Tlte total purchases from foreign countries dropped by 52 per cent, and sales by only 23 per cent.
