STEAMER IN DISTRESS
Washington April 13.—The freighter Malang, 'with thirty-two men pboard, is reported to be in distress oil Cape Cod with a broken tail-shaft. A coastguard cutter is striving desperately against high winds and rough seas to get a lin3 aboard.
