• New York, April 13.—Mr. Charles Mitchell, a National City bank governor, was indicted for tho second time' to-day on a charge of evading the payment of, income taxes totalling £31,200 in 1930. The indictment alleges that Mitchell claimed a loss on the sale of stock of £151,800 which was not genuine, it being disclosed that five months after the sale he re-purchased the stock at a. price virtually the same as the sales figure.
