EXPORTS TO BE RESTRICTED Bill in Indian Legislature Press Association —CoDvright Received Today. 10.40 a.m. Calcutta, April 14.—The Indian Government is shortly introducing a Bill in the Legislature restricting tea exports in accordance with the agreement reached among the producers in India, Ceylon and the Dutch East Indies. The anti-dumping Bill, which is directed principally against Japan, passed the Legislative Assembly without division.
