LAST TIME TO-NIGHT

“WATERLOO BRIDGE” To-night the picture, “Waterloo Bridge,” will be screened for the last • time. It is an unusual picture with much to commend it. This film is particularly well produced, the scenes of London air raids being very naturally done. The whole thing was made in England by Universal, and the British atmosphere is not departed from. The Australian actress, Enid Bennett, wife of Fred Niblo, has an important part in the picture, and her work is outstandingly good, while Frederick Kerr as Major Wetherby is a gem. The leads in the picture are taken by Kent Douglass and Mae Clark and the minor parts are well filled. Among the supports is a Slim Somerville comedy, which may truly be classed as the funniest thing seen for many a day.
