Mystery surrounds the death of a middle-aged Hindu, who was a passenger from Dannevirke on the Limited yesterday evening, and whose body was found on the side of the railway line near Marton this morning. Papers in possession of deceased indicate that his name is Govind Pima. He had no train ticket, and not being able to speak English, the guard, who could get no satisfaction, had decided to put him off the train at Marion. On arrival at Marton the Hindu was not to be found. It is understood he appeared at the Dannevirke Court the previous day and had been ordered to leave the town.
