HUNTER WILL CASE COURT OF APPEAL HEARING Press Association. —Copyright. WELLINGTON,’To-day. The hearing of the appeal case, Hunter v. Hunter, was resumed before the Court of Appeal to-day. This is the third day of hearing. Mr. A. Grey, K.C., continued to examine the evidence of witnesses in the court below, and the correspondence to and from Sir George prior to his death, in support of a contention that at the time of making the 1929 wills and codicils Sir George’s mind was as vigorous and alert as it had been prior to his stroke, and that he was then possessed of full testamentary capacity.

Mr. Grey then passed on to examine piece-meal the judgment, of Mr. Justice Reed, and to reply by references to the evidence of those portions of (he judgment adverse to his case.
