COUNSEL SHOT IN COURT
NEW YORK, March 24. A cripple, fprmejr bar-tender, on triaj in the local'Court on charges involving the alleged misappropriation of funds, suddenly rose from Lis seat and shouted that he w-as .not geeting justice. . He then drew a revolver and shot and killed the corporation counsel, Mr William Kavanagh, a prominent young attorney. The cripple then sat down, lighted a cigarette and awaited arrest.
