CASEIN MANUFACTURE
INSPECTION AT MIDHIRST Availing themselves of an invitation extended by the Midhirst Dairy Company, a number of suppliers attended at the Casein Factory yesterday and inspected the plant, seeing for themselves the actual process in operation. The Midhirst Company manufactures about 600 tons of casein per year, and, to date, despite the unsatisfactory state of this market during earlier months, some 170 tons has been sold at a good figure. The quality of the Midhirst product is most satisfactory, and the manufacture is being carried on on sound lines.
